My name is Camila.

I am a holistic healer who honours the deep interconnection between our experiences, emotions, thoughts, bodies, and the wider world we are part of.

To me, nothing exists in isolation. The way we live, the culture we are shaped by, the patterns we’ve learned, and the parts of ourselves that remain unseen all influence how we feel, move, and relate.


I'm a qualified yoga teacher and massage therapist and I am here to co-create a culture where we remember our capacity to feel, to choose, to express our needs, to take ownership of our lives and to create the world we want to live in. A culture that honours both the light and the shadow, where the wisdom within us can be met, even when it is wrapped in pain, or hidden beneath long-held patterns and beliefs.
 

I've chosen a life of living rurally in an intentional community, connected to nature and others. I've spent years training in yoga, bodywork, communication, rising consciousness and caretaking. I'm still learning! With gratitude and as much grace as I can muster. Life continues to teach me how to soften, to listen, and to respond with greater awareness. At the heart of my work is a simple knowing: that each of us has the capacity to become more connected — to ourselves, to each other, and to the living world around us. For me, this expansion of connection is the ground from which healing grows. In connection, the illusion of separation begins to loosen. Loneliness softens its grip, and a deeper sense of belonging takes its place. A chance to feel held — by people, by the earth, by something larger than oneself. Your body’s voice becomes clearer, your heart's song becomes louder and you are more able to listen and respond with care. Connection draws us back to the earth, to rhythm, to breath — to the places where our system can recalibrate and restore in its own time. This is the space I seek to create and share with others.

How I work

I offer spaces that are slow, non-judgemental, and deeply attentive.

 

Whether through bodywork, yoga, retreats, or private immersions, I meet you where you are. I bring presence, curiosity, and deep listening, creating a space where you can begin to soften, feel, and reconnect with yourself.
 

Everything I offer is invitational. Your sense of safety is central.

When the body feels safe, it naturally begins to shift, moving from a state of holding and protection into one of rest, restoration, and integration. There is no need to force or rush this process. The body knows how to find its way.

I operate from a place of empowerment for all. My role is not to fix or rescue, but to walk alongside you — offering reflections, questions, and touch that support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom. Myofascial Release Massage

Slow, deep, and gentle bodywork focused on releasing tension in the fascia, restoring natural movement, and supporting nervous system regulation.
Each session is guided by deep listening and adapts to what the body needs in the moment.

Nervous System Reset Session

A deeply restorative session designed to calm the nervous system, support stress release, and invite the body into rest and recovery.
Ideal for people feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from their body.

Extended Sessions (90–180 minutes)

Longer sessions that allow time for the body to fully unwind without pressure or rushing.
These sessions support deeper fascial release, emotional integration, and a sense of timelessness.
